Impact refers to the potential effect of achieving this target on the global proportion of electricity that is generated from low-carbon sources (all else being equal). An impact number of 1 means that achieving this target would increase the global low-carbon electricity by one percentage point. The sum of the potential impact of all policies listed below is: 5.11%. If all these targets were met, all else being equal, the proportion of electricity that is generated from low-carbon sources worldwide would increase from the current number of 36.38% to 41.49%.
